Investor looking to BRRR and Fix/Flip in the Tampa Bay area

Hello, I want to start BRRR and flipping houses in Tampa Bay. This would be my first attempt at BRRR and flipping. How much capital on average do I need to start in the area and is the current market viable for cash flow? From what I read on BiggerPockets is that finding profitable deals is hard in Tampa, but doable.
