Where is a good place to look to invest in Utah?

I’m looking to get into investing. Turnkey investments interest me right now but I have little to none experience in real estate. I live in Utah and I’m only 20 years old. I’m just looking for tips and feedback from anyone on how to get started investing, where to invest, and how to build a team of professional real estate people to help me get started. Please help!
