Can I Use My Business Card While Occupying Own Rental Property?

Hello!  I have been renting out the single property I own for three years while living overseas, but will be occupying it starting in the summer when I move back to America.  At that time (and given that I plan to rent the property out again in the future), would I still be able to use my business credit card for purchases made on the property (such as appliances, improvements, etc)?  In other words, would those purchases still fall under the terms of use for the business credit card?  After hours of online research I haven't been able to find a clear answer, so thank you for your insight!
