Didn't qualify for a loan, any solutions?

I'm a young investor in the Utah valley area. I'm looking to get into my first house hack. I went and talked to a mortgage broker looking for a low money down FHA loan. I wasn't able to qualify for a loan because I don't have a long enough work history. I have a consistent job that makes me enough money to get started as well as enough money saved, but not the full work history that they are looking for. Is there any other options, or a way to get around this?

I'm very eager to get started and willing to put in any work necessary.
