How many bids should I get for a remodeling job?

For those who have flipped or done buy and hold, how many bids do you get before you pull the trigger on a remodeling job. I have gotten three so far for new flooring in a house. I feel good about one (not the cheapest one but I feel more confident about their responsiveness and product), but wonder if I need to get more. What do you recommend?
