Title Company, Property and renter´s insurance. What´re the must?
Hello everybody.
I am getting close to my first purchase, and wonder to know what are the important points in these 3 types of insurance.
Thank you in advance, and best regards.

@Daniel Fridrij your title insurance should be fine as long as you are using a reputable title company. For property insurance, just make sure you have enough liability coverage. With renter's insurance, you don't have control over this so you can require it but you can't choose who your renters use.
