Multiple private investors on one flip

Hey BP members,

I would love your feedback on how you handle having multiple investors on a single flip opportunity. I have a few investors that would like to invest $50K to $100K each. In my market (Phoenix area), it is difficult to find a profitable flip opportunity under about $250K which means I would have 2 or 3 investors in a given property. How would you handle this situation both contractually and in terms of the title/deed position?
