I am a commercial electrician/estimator/project manager in Denver, CO. I have always wanted to own rental property and I am now ready to do it! I am looking out-of-state as Denver is an expensive market. I have some money ready to go and find myself in analysis paralysis. I think I have made some decisions to move forward in my journey but would love to find some people that are in similar situations to create some accountability and focus for myself along with just discussing trials & tribulations, future opportunities and strategies. I am picturing a weekly zoom meeting or something of the like.
