Trying to put it all together..
I have been an retail agent for the last three years and now I'm entering the investment world which I love. My question is how should I proceed when it comes to writing contract/ going after deals that are listed through a brokerage whether it be a flip or wholesale etc.
Should I have another agent right the offers for my LLC?
Should or can I write up offers for my own LLC and receive commission. Am i going to run into any legal or ethical issues.
And lastly should I promote my investment company through the brokerage I'm currently with or keep them separate.
Any advise is greatly appreciated.... Thanks!
