Newbie-Duplex in the calculator

Hello all i am a newbie in Columbus, ohio and I'm taking the 90 day challenge and analyzing deals.  Still new so hope this is not a crazy question.  Is there anything different you need to do in the rental calculator when analyzing duplexes.  I've analyzed a few and the  numbers seemed too good to be true.

 That's great Shanise. I would make sure that you're adding all of your expenses correctly into the calculator, maybe you can share a screenshot of a recent anylazation and the BiggerPockets members can take a look!
