All Texas investors. Help needed.

Hey all,

I moved to San Antonio, Tx about 5 years. Though I may have a great professional career, I'm looking to start real estate investing.

I'm looking for any opinions from real estate agents, CPA's, lawyers etc on real estate investments. I'm not sure if you all would suggest making new teams in locations you plan investing in or make one team. As I plan to start investing here in San Antonio and my home town in Iowa. Any and all help would be appreciated.
