YOUNG INVESTOR IN NEED OF MUCH HELP
Hey!
Im Sarah im a 17 year old girl with a passion for real estate. I don't currently have a "real job" but I work as a full time YouTuber. Running my YouTube business has given me time to save for my future real estate investments. I currently have enough capital to get started in buying properties, however if you couldn't tell im new here and a little bit young. I have a lot to learn and im willing to learn and absorb any small piece of knowledge anyone can give me. My biggest question right now is what to invest in. Whats recommended for beginners? Flipping houses, Buying duplexes, Air bnb, or the tons of other routes I could go down. If you have a suggesting starting point for beginners I'd love to hear it. Also I've been scanning the market trying to practice deals in my head. However, im not too sure what is exactly "good" in a house. What should I look for, what should I avoid? Again any advise at all is much appreciated! :)
Thanks for your time!

Congrats to you for your ambition! I work with a bunch of young aspiring real estate investors just like you (in a free online group), and I am willing to help you out with some advice or even chat on the phone if you wish. But first I recommend you read this article I wrote for Bigger Pockets titled How to Invest in Real Estate Before Turning 21. Once you've read it, let me know your thoughts and if you have any questions. I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can. Let me know if you want to chat sometime. https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
