I was planning on getting my 1st rental( house hacking, hopefully a 4plex) by the end of 2021 but I just listened to the closing on a deal in 90 days on the bp podcast an hopefully will be doing it sooner. the problem I sim still working on my credit I have raised it up by 34 points but still have a ways to go, I was going to work with self lender but heard I should not open a credit card within the 1st year of trying to get my rental! any tips or suggestions on raising my credit ??? (i was also planning on being an authorized user on someone card when im going to apply for the fha loan to give me and extra oomph)
