Pros and cons of different property types.
Hi all, I'm a newby skilled real instate investor who lives in the Netherlands and just recently have started my real estate journey. I have walked through some webinars and started the 90 day challenge. My goal is to own my first rental property within those 90 days. Further goals are financial freedom within 5 years, which would be a passive income of € 3.000,- per month. I would like to go for the buy and hold strategy and the plan moneywise is to find an investor for a partnership. I live in Arnhem and want to either start investing in Arnhem or Nijmegen. I am trying to analyze some properties everyday, but a post on Instagram reminded me that I am forgetting something and that is my criteria list.
I am now trying to figuring out which type of property is the best to start with, in my position. I would say apartments or small family homes. But what are the pros and cons of these types. I would love to hear your guys opinion.
