First Time Confusion

Jeff Lane
Posted

My Names Jeff, I'm 27 years old and I'm finding it difficult on where to start. I know that I want to start investing into rental properties. I lost my job back in April of 2020 so I am left with bad credit and little spare money.

I'm looking on guidance for where to start when it's not feasible for me to put down the 10-20% down I see from most Hard Money Lenders. I've given up so many times after getting to the point of thinking all hope is lost.
