Hi, I'm looking to purchase a property for house hacking in the next couple of months. It'll be my first one, and I'm planning to rent out to three roommates. Does anyone have recommendations for CPAs in the Nashville area I could reach out to? Ideally I'd like someone who is familiar with the concept of house hacking and can help me with any necessary paperwork.
