Starting out Wholesaling

To anyone that could possibly help point me in the right direction, I'm still in highschool but I want to start wholesaling in the real estate market. I've been doing some research but i still have a lot to learn so does anyone have any tips for starting out? Do I need to have a Lawyer to go over the paperwork? What are the best tips to get me where I need to be?
