How do I find the best area's to invest in the Chicagoland area?

Hi everyone,

My name is Peter Tate and I'm a new investor in the Chicagoland area. I am looking to do my first house hack in the area, but I don't know what area I should invest in. Any help/advice that can help me figure out this solution would be great.
