Seeking Real Estate Wholesaling Advice!

Hello everyone, my name is James! I am 20 years old in college and I am determined to achieve my real estate dreams. I am very new to the real estate game and am very interested in wholesaling as it does not require a real estate license. I made this account this past August but I was too scared to actually commit. However, I believe I am finally ready to begin my journey to financial freedom. Thus, I am asking for any form of assistance and knowledge that can be given to me to assist me in my journey. I know I have nothing to offer back, but I am hoping someone finds this post and is able to give me useful information and knowledge. I would say I have a solid understanding of wholesaling and the steps that are apart of it, but I know I am not yet ready. To all that read this message, I wish you all well and a successful future. For anyone that replies, thank you in advance and I hope we can build a professional connection for the future!
