mobile home lisitngs

okay, so obviously I'm a newbie lol! the question I was watching youtube and some videos recommended looking for mobile homes under 5k which to me having a budget like that isn't too bad and could possibly work for me. now I watched all these videos and people are speaking on how they bought this mobile home and that mobile home from anywhere between $1,500 up to 5k is that really possible? second, how do you find those type of deals I have been on this computer going page by page on google look for potential mobile homes, and I'm not having too much luck, how do I find those type of deals my goal is to purchase one fix it up then rent it out. as far as the location I'm not sure where I want to be I reside in Washington but seems like all the good real estate deals are on the east coast or midwest any who any advice on how to find these deals would be nice to know or any new person advice for trying to find any investment at that price range would be greatly appreciated

SN: I KNOW I WILL PROBABLY BE LAUGHED OFF BUT, AS A NEWCOMER I CAN ONLY BE SO HOPEFUL

@Jessie Gray Before diving into mobile home investing, you may want to learn and read more about it. Check out a few books and read more on the topic. This will teach you the ins and outs of the business which will give you an idea whether or not you want to pursue it. Unfortunately, there's a lot of "hype" online which may not allow you to see the whole picture. Like any other business, to be successful takes hard work and determination. There are never short cuts. To be successful in anything is a long-term journey. Best of luck with everything!
