How do you decide on terms of a partnership?

Hey BP!

So far any deal that I’ve done has been my husband and I. At this point we won’t have funds for a little while and I’m seeing solid deals pass by! I have friends & family who are intrigued by real estate but don’t want to be landlords. My husband and I love it!

Im finally at the point where I’d like to approach a few people about partnering where maybe they brought the money and I find the deal & I am starting to read & research on how to do this!

Any tips? Best books? Podcasts? Examples?

I’ll take info you got !

Thanks !
