Ready for First Flip
Hi Everyone!! Really excited to finally get started in real estate. I’ve read a few books and seen some properties firsthand am ready to flip a home for profit in the Phoenix area!
My wife and I are doing this together. We have one rental property that we are proud of! We don’t only want to invest passively, we are looking to get more involved!
I’ve tried to get creative as far as financing goes, but nothing really seems to make sense. We have access to 35k that we would love to put towards a flip investment, but it doesn’t seem to be enough to get started, which is disappointing.
So, what is the best way to find an investor partner? and what are some creative financing ideas you think I could try?
Thanks!
