Investor friendly Bank/CU for Investment in AL for OOS investor

Hi all,

Do y'all have any suggestion on bank or credit union which is investor friendly allows buying homes in AL, GA, & TX? As I'll be under contract soon for a SFH rental investment in AL.

If it matters, I'm located in North CA.
