What to bring to Lawyer?

Next week I have an appointment to meet with a Real Estate lawyer to start my business. He is going to help draw up the business contract and file the LLC with the state. What should I bring to the meeting to make it as smooth as possible?

We currently have no properties or assets, just a partnership and a plan. And what are some good questions to ask him to ensure that he is a good fit for my business? Thanks
