How to properly use the equity in my home?
I currently have between 150 and 200k in usable equity in my home. What if I invest it in more property and then the market tanks with the new administration? Also I'm refinancing it. do I pull the equity out to buy properties or just refinance on a 15year at 2.3% then use a HELOC to pay for the down on new property even though the HELOC has a higher interest rate?
