Job Opportunities for a Novice

Jaden Hudson
Posted

Hello, my name is Jaden, I live in New Jersey, and I have just recently got into Real Estate investing and have just finished Brandon Turner's book "The Book on Rental Property Investing".  Before I read this book, I wanted to become an engineer, but now I see that Real Estate investing is my passion (primarily rental properties).  I am in college and pursuing a degree in Engineering, but I would like to change that degree into something more useful for my passion.  I am going to college for free right now, so I feel like I should take this opportunity to achieve a degree of some sorts.

What degrees would be helpful to have when investing in Real Estate?  What job in the future will help me learn more about this topic?

I am currently working on an assembly line making minimum wage, but I have found something that I am passionate about and would like to continue in this new field.  I have no experience and just want to learn as much as possible.

What jobs can I get now to learn more about Rental Property Investing? What is the easiest way to find jobs like this in my area?
