Is Yonkers going to gentrification?

I have a six family unit in nodine hill in Yonkers I’m debating whether I should sell it or I should keep it I noticed there’s lots of construction going on around me but the neighborhood that the building is in is very bad and I’m second guessing keeping it any advice guys?
