Hey guys I’m Rogelio, I have been doing commercial electrical for the most part of my working career although I throughly enjoy it , I would love to get in the world of real estate! I heard of the brrrr method and found it most intriguing and applicable to me.

With that being said i am very new to this and would love some help for you guys!

I’m not sure if I should purely focus on raising my capital as I am just starting or just dive right in and contact a really estate agent ?

Any advice on how to get started any tips , tactics , recommendations would be really helpful and appreciated!
