Hi all, I just got messed over by a lender (who I actually found through BP).. deal fell through and I lost some money :( That was going to be my first deal. Looking now for a new Lender for my next deal. What tactics do you use when vetting lenders for conventional loans? Any specific questions to ask them that you have found helpful? Thank you
