Starting an Business Entity Advise

I am planning on starting my Real Estate Investment journey in the next 12 months and am setting the ground work. I am partnering with two business partners and am trying to figure out how to structure our business. What is your advise on which entity we should start?

We all work full time and am planning on re-investing all the profits back into the business to help it grow. We plan on not taking out any money for personal use until retirement (15+ years). Given this we are struggling to know which entity to create. Our plan is to use a Buy and Hold strategy on both single and multi family residences.

We are also struggling on finding an accountant with real estate experience to help us. All that I have talked with state that they would suggest coming back when a few properties have been acquired. I would feel comfortable doing the financials if I was a sole owner, but since there is three people starting this business it is above our skills. Any suggestions on how we should tackle this problem?
