As a newby to rental property investing, what are some finance options to purchase a 350K property to use as a long-term, STR hold in Waikiki, HI? Positioned in an ideal location, the property includes no rehab and offers a good ROI. Any resources and references to No Doc Loans and Investor Cash Flow Loans?
