Need contractor and PM referall

I am looking for advice. I'm in the middle of a rehab and the current contractor is unreliable. I'm hoping to get some bids from reliable contractors in the Chicagoland area as well as a quality property management company to manage the property once it is completed.

I'm pushing to have this resolved before the end of February. The property is a duplex in Douglas Park. Please DM asap. This was a referral from a friend that wasn't verified by me. Thank you for any assistance and advice. Thank you.
