Question on Sales and Use Tax

Hello! I am new to the forum and need some assistance please. I live in CT and just formed my LLC. Am I required to register for a "sales and use" tax certificate? I don't need one since I won't be selling any goods and collecting tax. I'm a landlord renting housing. But it's CT...Thank you in advance!
