How DO I Find Buyers Agent for my First Rental?
As Brandon always says in his podcasts, I have been developing my knowledge in real-estate by closely following BP. Now its time for me to get started but even after all the warm up I'm extremely nervous for two reasons.
1. Is buying in a hot market with RE crash speculations a good idea?
2. Will my buyers agent be reliable and get me a steal on the property?
How do I find a reliable Real Estate Agent. After working for couple of months what if they are not as you expected? How do you walk away and search for another? Need help community!!
