Hello! My first post!

I'm currently doing a lot of real estate investment studying before I do my first "Brrrr". What are good/important questions to ask lenders or banks before you get started?

I'm currently writing a list of questions from watching Youtube videos, but if you have a list of questions or any input- I'd love to know!
