Hi I'm new to BP, I would like to start investing in real estate with private money and I'm looking for advice to do so. There is a lot of grey areas that I don't understand of private money investing that I'm looking to get help with. For example:

What are the pros and cons ?

How is the process different than conventional loans?

If anyone has experience with private money loans, I would appreciate if you can help me better understand the process.
