Hi BP. Just wondering if anyone has experience investing in White Settlement TX. I'm considering a couple of single family homes. The area seems affordable for my budget (150k max). This will be my first deal so I'm looking for turnkey or very close to it...to start slow. My concern is that some sources online suggest that this is a high crime area and since I am not very familiar with the area I was wondering if anyone can shed some light. Thanks
