First-time buyer auction purchase
I just signed my first BRRRR investment property via an off-market auction. Closing is tentatively scheduled for mid-March (45 days) due to covid complications. Does anyone have any tips or advice on proceeding with this type of transaction? Property is an "as is, where is" and 5% earnest has been submitted. Closing advice? Rehab advice? Open to any and all suggestions to get our investment journey started off the right way.
