How to Begin at 18 years old...
I am a 18 year old high school student who is a couple months from graduating from high school. I have caught the real estate bug and am very interested in the field and topic. Over the last couple of months I have looked into real estate investing but still need some help starting out... I have heard many people like Kris Krohn say that you can invest in real estate with no money or credit and all you need is a partner or (O.P.M) I was wondering if there are any good strategies to get a partner or use (O.P.M rather than a bank) at 18 years old and if so what are they?
