Newbie in the Tacoma/Seattle area

Scott Crichton
Posted

Hello BP! New to the REI game and would love to connect with some of the folks in the BP community. Currently have one rental property so far but plan to scale enough towards my financial goals/financial freedom. I was hoping to get in contact with BP members around the Tacoma/Seattle area to receive some insight on the lenders/agents that are "investor friendly". I have talked to a few already, but looking to work with someone with a "teachers mentality" or just to guide me step by step thru the process. I know this is a competitive market but I was born and raised in Tacoma and would love to raise my family here. Looking forward to this new adventure!
