LLC for wholesaling?

Hello!

So, I started an LLC for my real estate investing. My goal is to use wholesale to gain more income for rentals (all through the LLC). However, are there any stipulations to wholesaling with an LLC vs my personal name such as assigning contracts? Also, would you recommend a virtual mailbox when doing deals or waiting until a couple of deals?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Blaine,

I would wait until you do a couple of deals, but at the same time it won't make a difference.
