Banks for real estate investors

Hey Guys,

What banks would you all recommend for real estate investors?  Is it better to go with a local, smaller bank?  Or would a larger national bank be more advantageous?  I want to go and open an account to run my real estate business from, but not sure exactly what bank I want to use.  So any light you all can shine on this for me, would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
