Explanation of interesting Strategies

Hey everybody

Lately I've been exposed to interesting strategies like: rent to own, lease to own, loan option agreement, owner finance etc.

I would love for you to clarify and explain each strategy, pros and cons each of them and add more interesting strategies that i didn't

mention here.
