Should I liquidate my 15k in stocks to buy Real Estate

1.So the Stock Market over the past year has boomed as everyone know. My return since April of 2020 is almost at 100%(invested $8,100, now at $15,900). Not bragging but wondering if it would be wise to sell and invest in real estate or keep my stocks and hope for a similar return.

2. Also, I have been looking into doing a FHA loan house-hack. But my lease in my apartment does not end until July 2021. If I do decide to invest in real estate would you suggest waiting until July to follow through with that or buy a small investment property in a cheaper area(Im in Raleigh/Durham area)
