Lisencing question, new guy here
Hey! First time posting and new to the scene here in Kansas city MO, I was wondering if its best to just get a realestate lisence, theyre only a few hundred. But how would one go about flipping without "brokering". I feel like there's a thin line there where you can get in trouble haha. If anyone in the KC area can reach out thatd be great. I've got a good list of analyzed deals and have sent out offers and got a few responses back. Kinda lookin where to go from here without getting into trouble or being used.
