Buying a rental home by refinancing it after being added to deed.
Looking to purchase a rental home from a friend with this kind of plan:
1. Be added the deed of a home
2. Cash out refinance the property
3. Pay the original owner their asking price
4. Remove friend from deed to be the sole owner
Is this possible/legal?
Thanks for any advice!
