Any events in South East Florida for a newb?

Hi! :)

I reside in Parkland FL and am interested in investing in my first rental property (buy and hold). I've heard about REA's and other get together that could be valuable to go to and just listen in on to pick up some tips. Are any of these events still happening with COVID? Are they all virtual? Would love to connect with anyone that is local to the area.
