Advice for College Student Investors

Kameron D Miller
Posted

Hello all!

This is my first post on the Bigger Pockets forums and I am resourcing, trying to get advice for college students looking to invest in their first piece of Real Estate. I have been listening and reading to resources from Bigger Pockets for a little over three months now and have really caught the "Real Estate bug". Reading books such as Rich Dad Poor Dad and Brandon Turners The Book on Rental Property Investing has really encouraged me to start on my own real estate investment journey. However, as only a sophomore in college and being 20 years old, the task can seem very daunting. So my question is, is there any advice that I should take into account when trying to invest in Real Estate this early? I have reached out to many real estate investors around my area, Maricopa County in AZ, but it has come to no avail. Thank you for taking the time to reply and I would love to interact with you all!
