Fixing and Flipping Questions

I am looking in the Dallas,Fort Worth, and Euless area for some Fix and FLips. I am trying to figure out all the info im a need to get started, such as what things to put into the "Flipping Formula" and how to figure out what the market is like around the house's I want to try and Flip, and how much I should pay after seeing the market and the property and knowing how much the repairs and total flip is going to be. If you could please help me out with some tips that would be awesome! Thank You!
