What should I ask an accountant?
I have a meeting with an accountant to discuss real estate investing and am unsure what questions I should ask to ensure that I start my business right. In the next 3 months, I am going to purchase a single family to house hack and a small multifamily for rental income in the following 8 months. I am considering an LLC for REI but not sure yet. Thanks!
